Using two-way audio and live CCTV, they can speak directly into the environment, using an "assertive voice" to de-escalate aggressive behaviour or warn intruders that they are being monitored and recorded.

  • Real-time human connection: our trained operators take control of the environment, talking down potential threats and staying on the line to provide emotional support until the situation is resolved.

  • Emergency liaison: if the situation escalates, our team manages all communications with emergency services, providing them with live intelligence so staff can focus on their own safety.

  • An "acoustic shield": Our system can trigger bespoke automated messages. This authoritative "voice from above" acts as a digital “cold shower” for aggressors, immediately de-escalating the situation and signalling to the employee that they are no longer alone.
