A one-day event for the people who lead the frontline workforce in UK retail and hospitality.
Why we started Workforce Innovation Expo.
Retail and hospitality employ millions of frontline staff, but most HR and workforce events are built for every sector at once. The conversations end up too broad to be useful for a restaurant group, a hotel chain or a national retailer.
Workforce Innovation Expo brings together leaders from HR, people, operations, IT and technology in these two sectors only. Over one day they hear from industry leaders, look at the latest workforce technology and talk to peers dealing with the same things, from labour costs and productivity to AI, engagement and finding and keeping good people.
Workforce Innovation Expo is organised by Active Group Media Limited.
Keeping the room right.
Places are free for people who work for retail and hospitality businesses. Every application is reviewed before a place is confirmed, which keeps the audience focused and senior.
Exhibitors are chosen because what they offer is useful to these employers, and the floor is capped at 50 stands. The result is a smaller, more useful day for everyone in the room.
